Osborne Roller Belt™ Conveyors are designed for moving parts in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Several standard configurations are available or we can build a custom conveyor to meet your exact requirements. Osborne Roller Belt™ Conveyors can be configured with the following options:
The Roller Belt™ is built rugged to provide long term continuous operation. Each roller is made of heavy gauge steel, hardened for durability, and ground for a precise fit. Rollers are fitted with oil impregnated bronze bearings to extend service life. Overlapping side plates keeps product on the belt. The belt surface is a series of rollers, which minimizes sticking of small oily parts (no flat surfaces). The Roller Belt™ runs in precision-machined UHMW guides that are mounted in a heavy gauge steel frame. Several options are available to customize each conveyor to your specific application.
