The Osborne J-Link™ Fastener Loader is built rugged to provide long term continuous operation with low to no maintenance. Belts are made of heavy gauge steel for long life. The loader frame is of solid steel bar construction, providing rigidity and durability. The J-Link belt has a hardened steel roller on each end of every link pin to prolong belt life by keeping wear caused by friction to a minimum. When wear does eventually occur, the unique OTG adjustable belt track system enables users to adjust belt-to-track clearances to minimize jamming and dropped parts. |
