Osborne Pro-Clean Parts Washers are designed specifically for process cleaning in a cellular manufacturing environment. Their compact size and configuration facilitates installation in most high-volume manufacturing processes (the design was created for Fastener manufactures). Pro-Clean Parts Washers are available as two stage systems (wash-dry), or three stage systems (wash-rinse-dry) in right or left handed configurations. Additionally, we manufacture two standard sizes to accommodate most capacity requirements. Pro-Clean Washers are built rugged to provide long term continuous operation. Our systems are engineered to minimize maintenance and reduce clean up downtime. All systems include a stainless disc oil skimmer, removable dryer air duct (no tools required), and a full open easy access lid. Additional options are available to customize our equipment to your specific requirements.
